Aged for over a year in a combination of American Oak casks and delicate French Oak wine casks creating a complex and balanced profile with a sweet and smooth finish, vanilla dried fruit with a hint of spice that will appeal to discerning drinkers of fine whisky and cognac. Tasting Notes: Dark amber appearance. A nose with elegant notes of honeyed agave and baking spice. On the palate, rich caramelized agave balanced with resinous oak highlighted with rich caramel and complex notes of dried tobacco & tea. Finished with a whisper of leather and brown spice.
