Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.

Cloudy lemon color; nice white head with strong, staying lacing. Nose is moderately intense with aromas of coriander, bitter orange peel, banana and malted wheat. Medium full mouth with grassy flavors backed by tangerine essence, raw biscuit, cardamom and hints of white pepper. Subtle hop flavors in the back of the mouth; the finish shows candied hints.
