We aerate/oxygenate our Blanco tequila for a smoother finish. Oxygenation is a process where micro-oxygen bubbles are mixed with the chemical compounds of the distillate; this process helps evaporate the less desirable compounds in tequila and bring out a light, clean & smooth finish
