TASTING NOTES

This Vouvray 2018 is quite intense in color with golden reflections. The nose is clean, with a floral character (linden) just highlighted by a hint of vanilla and roasted chicory. The palate is well balanced between acidity and sweetness which gives pride of place to a certain freshness. Notes of verbena and lime blossom on a background of honey and beeswax accompany a long and delicate finish. If this wine were to be a season, it would undoubtedly be spring!
