Ripe raspberry and strawberry fruits, spring flowers, forest floor, and some spicy oak all emerge from the 2019 Pinot Noir Estates Tier, a darker, medium-bodied, seamless Pinot Noir. It shows some obvious salty, mineral-like character on the palate and is beautifully balanced. Drink it over the coming decade. There are a scant 200 cases made.
