Canadian Mist is aged in the finest white oak barrels that have been charred to exact specifications, imparting a smooth, slightly vanilla flavor. Taste is soft, light, sweet then a little bit of oak for a clean and cool finish. Aromas of faint oak and vanilla notes, with a mild fruit medley essence. A hint of brown sugar.

Amber in color, with a resiny, nutty scent. Despite oaky flavor and a thin feel, there's a very nice vanilla finish. Alcohol bite. Mix it in a cocktail and feel no guilt about it.
